Please be aware that we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
Less than 48 hours will result in a loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee will be incurred.
We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur and you may need to cancel or rearrange a booking , however no shows or last minute cancellations are harmful to our business and we lose the ability to fill that appointment space so we kindly ask you to provide as much notice as possible.
